My approach is informed by my own career changes. The first was a shift into Corporate Communications by choice and design. The second was a transition into Marketing following a corporate acquisition. The third was a leap from the corporate world to the entrepreneurial world to start my own business.
During the last decade I have:
* Coached and mentored dozens of leaders, colleagues and peers on a 1-on-1 basis
* Completed 200 hours of training to become a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute
* Earned an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation through the International Coaching Federation
* Launched the inaugural Leadership Development Program at DIRECTV for top execs
